Anne-Marie Zajdlik

Dr. Anne-Marie Zajdlik has worked as a family physician and regional HIV specialist since 1990. A leader in international HIV/AIDS advocacy for over 20 years, she is the founder of Bracelet of Hope and ARCH Guelph. Anne-Marie is a recipient of the YMCA’s Women of Distinction Lifetime Achievement Award, Rotary International’s Paul Harris Fellow, and Guelph Today’s Community Builder’s Award-Health category in 2023. She was the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012, the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Medal in 2016 and the Order of Ontario in 2010.
